Southeastern has been engaged in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contracting business for over 49 years. Next year we will be celebrating our 50th anniversary. We started in Charlotte and the surrounding counties. Over the years, we have expanded the areas we conduct business in to include all of NC and SC. We hold state licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina. By the summer of 2010, we expect to hold unlimited HVAC and plumbing licenses for the state of Virginia also.
