Billy brings over 40 years of experience in plumbing and HVAC construction. He oversees all operations, ensuring service excellence and the high standards the company is known for. Staying closely connected with management and field teams, he helps navigate the challenges of the industry.

He holds a BS in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University, along with an Unlimited NC Plumbing License (P1), HVAC licenses (H2), and certification in Commercial Kitchen Hood Ventilation.

Beginning his career in 1985 with a major HVAC equipment manufacturer, Billy has built a reputation for technical expertise, industry knowledge, and leadership that drives successful commercial and industrial projects across the Carolinas.

With over a decade of experience, Ryan is a seasoned leader in the commercial HVAc and Plumbing industry. At Southeastern, Ryan oversees the entire sales and operations of the HVAC and Plumbing departments, including estimating, project management, personnel coordination, budgeting, and purchasing. His leadership and expertise ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering top-tier HVAC services to clients across the Carolinas. Ryan's role continues to expand as the company expands.

​Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from UNC Charlotte. His commitment to excellence and proven track record continues to elevate Southeastern’s HVAC operations to new heights.

Chuck, HVAC Operations Manager, brings over 40 years of experience across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing in both commercial and residential projects. He holds a NC Mechanical Contractors License (H2 & H3), EPA Universal Refrigerant License, and IMACA Mobile Refrigerant License, underscoring his extensive HVAC expertise.

Educated at York Technical College and Central Piedmont Community College, Chuck also serves as an instructor in CPCC’s AHR HVAC program, training future professionals in the field.

At Southeastern, he oversees all HVAC projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. His leadership, technical knowledge, and mentorship make him an integral part of the team.

With decades of experience in the Plumbing industry, Shawn is a seasoned Plumber and Plumbing Project Manager who serves as our Plumbing Operations Manager at Southeastern.

Shawn started with Southeastern in 2016 as a Plumbing Foreman, was promoted to Plumbing Project Manager in 2022, and then to Plumbing Operations Manager in 2025. Shawn brings a wealth of technical knowledge to our plumbing operations.
​
He excels in managing teams, coordinating job meetings, and ensuring smooth collaboration with general contractors. Shawn's extensive experience is complemented by his certifications, including an OSHA 30 certification and a SC Mechanical Contractor License.

micheal patrick
Micheal Patrick brings 38 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry, spanning contracting and manufacturer’s representative sales. As Senior HVAC Estimator at Southeastern, he prepares comprehensive project estimates—covering labor, materials, and installation—for commercial and light industrial projects. He works closely with subcontractors and vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

His background includes years as a Manufacturer’s Representative, where he managed sales, pricing, proposals, and client relations, as well as time as a Lead Sheet Metal Mechanic overseeing duct system installations and coordinating with contractors to maintain schedules and code compliance.
With a career built on practical experience, Micheal combines technical knowledge with a client-focused approach. Outside of work, he enjoys hot rods, auto restoration, and cheering on University of Tennessee football.

Jose serves as Senior Plumbing Estimator and brings 20 years of experience in plumbing to the company. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Nueva Esparta University and has developed a strong foundation in both the technical and managerial aspects of his field.

Jose holds certifications in AutoCAD Drafting and Design, AutoCAD Tips and Tricks, Land-Cad, EST-MEP Fabricator, as well as proficiency in Quote Soft and Fast Pipe Estimating Programs. His expertise allows him to deliver precise and efficient estimates for complex projects.

Fluent in five languages—English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, and German—Jose brings a unique global perspective to his role at Southeastern, facilitating clear communication across diverse teams and projects. Jeff is an experienced HVAC Project Manager with decades of expertise in the field. At Southeastern, he oversees all aspects of HVAC project delivery, from planning and coordination to execution and closeout. His hands-on knowledge and leadership ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

With a strong background in managing complex commercial and industrial HVAC installations, Jeff works closely with clients, subcontractors, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly. Brenton is one of Southeastern’s Plumbing Project Manager. With over 10 of industry experience, including 4 years in estimating and 6 years in the field. He prepares detailed cost estimates for commercial plumbing systems, ensuring accuracy across labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

His field background, proficiency in FastEST, and strong relationships with contractors make him an invaluable part of the team. An attendee of Mercy College, Brenton combines technical expertise and business insight to support Southeastern’s reputation for precision and excellence.

Eric is a Plumbing Project Manager at Southeastern Plumbing, Heating & A.C. with 12 years of experience in the plumbing trade. As a North Carolina P1 license holder (unlimited), he brings deep technical knowledge and dedication to every project he leads.
​
Eric’s favorite part of the job is seeing all the hard work and planning come to life—delivering a functional, reliable plumbing system built to stand the test of time.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their two kids, Sawyer and Silas. When he’s not with family, you’ll likely find him hunting, fishing, or off-roading in his Honda Pioneer.

In this role, Madison supports our Project Management team from project inception to completion, overseeing timekeeping, and managing the company's Procore platform and iPad systems. Mike is an HVAC Estimating Pre-Bid Coordinator with over 22 years of industry experience. Since retiring from GE and joining Southeastern in 2002, he has been instrumental in supporting estimators, preparing bids, and streamlining the pre-bid process. He also assists management as needed, contributing to the company’s overall success.
​
He holds a BS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and is a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina (L43723/Q12900). His broad construction background, including an inactive Home Inspector license, brings valuable expertise to complex projects.

Bobby is Southeastern’s Environmental Safety and Health Manager with over 16 years of safety experience and six years in the plumbing industry. He holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Central Piedmont Community College and a wide range of safety certifications.

An OSHA 500 and 501 Trainer, Bobby is also certified in MESH (Environmental, Public Sector Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Emergency Preparedness), CPR/First Aid/AED instruction, and OSHA Safety and Health Fundamentals in Construction. At Southeastern, he leads training, compliance, and loss prevention efforts, ensuring the safety of employees, subcontractors, and company property.

Austin is an HVAC Project Manager at Southeastern Plumbing, Heating & A.C. with a strong background in construction management. He earned his Associate of Arts degree from Cleveland Community College and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as a Mortarman from 2017 to 2021.

With four years of construction management experience—three as an Assistant Project Manager and one as a Project Engineer—Austin brings both discipline and technical expertise to every project. He is OSHA 10 certified, a Certified Rigger, and Procore Certified as a Project Manager.

Austin thrives on the challenge of complex projects and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the gym, being with his family, hunting, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.

Ralph began working in the trade at just 14 years old for his father’s plumbing company, starting as a laborer and quickly advancing to larger-scale commercial projects.
After several years in construction, Ralph transitioned into emergency medical services, where he served as a Paramedic Field Training Officer and Sergeant.
Following his time in EMS, Ralph returned to his roots in plumbing, leveraging his leadership experience to advance into supervisory roles, including Superintendent over large-scale multifamily, hospitality, and commercial projects.
Today, as a Plumbing Estimator at Southeastern Plumbing, Heating & A.C., Ralph brings hands-on expertise, field insight, and a commitment to precision and growth. He is dedicated to mastering his craft and contributing to Southeastern’s continued success in delivering quality and excellence across every project.
